Do I pay anything when I send a request?
No. A request only asks us to check availability. You pay the 15% booking fee after you accept the quotation.
How is the remaining balance paid?
The remaining 85% is collected by your driver during the tour, in cash or by an agreed method.
Can I change the itinerary?
Yes. Mention it in “Special requests” on the booking form and we include it in the quotation.
When do I get my driver’s details?
As soon as the booking fee is paid and the driver accepts the trip, their name, phone and vehicle appear on your booking page.
What is your cancellation policy?
The full policy is shown on every booking form and quotation before you pay anything.
